Villa E
The existing Villa Sinta in Torri del Benaco was fully remodelled and refurbished. A key requirement was to retain the original building and roof form. The internal layout across all three floors was completely reconfigured, updated, and modernised to meet the client’s needs. Window openings were significantly enlarged to create stronger visual connections to the exterior and the lake, and to ensure bright, light-filled interiors.
An important aspect of the project was the entire outdoor area, conceived as an extension of the living space and effectively as an outdoor living room. The generous pergola acts, through its formal language, as a link between the orientation of the building and the outward-facing alignment of the infinity pool with its surrounding lounging area.
