Hotel Villa Weingarten
The hotel “Villa Weingarten”, surrounded by vineyards, is situated on a gentle slope in Kaltern. To expand the structure and create space for new, modern equipped rooms, the original building was extended with an additional floor, and a further expansion was realised to the northwest. On the top floor of this new extension, guests now have access to a small wellness area with a whirlpool, offering a place to unwind after their excursions.
The new reception area and breakfast room are housed in a newly added front volume, complemented by a sun terrace. The entire interior design was conceived with a highly minimalist approach. Black and white were primarily used to create contrast-driven accents. The architecture of the building was also designed to be very modern and minimalistic, in accordance with the client’s wishes. This restrained aesthetic runs consistently throughout the overall design concept.
