We, G22 Projects, supported and advised CKSA Christoph Kohl Stadtplaner Architekten in the design of the masterplan for the GoWest commercial district. Our work involved developing concepts for the planned two-star business hotel and four-star conference hotel, which are to be built on the site of the former Reemtsma cigarette factory in Berlin-Wilmersdorf.

After a good four years of planning, DIE WOHNKOMPANIE, the project developer, has now presented the plans for one of Berlin’s largest urban development projects. The plan is to create a commercial and office location larger than Potsdamer Platz: with office spaces for start-ups, a crafts centre, theatre, cinema, restaurants, and hotels – all basically under one roof – which will also be used as a modern farm.
