Expansion of an attic floor through energy-efficient refurbishment and interior design of the entire apartment.
A new room with adjoining bathroom and balcony was gained thanks to the cubic bonus.
The design concept was not to alter the existing structure of the house, but simply to add a timber-framed volume with an attic.
