From two separate apartments in a building constructed in 1966, a new unit offering modern and high-quality living comfort was created for the client.
To reflect the Mediterranean character of Merano within the interior spaces, fresh white tones were combined with warm oak wood and upholstered furnishings in pastel shades.
The design concept included a completely new spatial layout as well as a new lighting design.
Since the building had never undergone significant renovation prior to this intervention, the project encompassed not only the new interior design but also all technical installations, including electrical systems, plumbing and heating, insulation, and finishes.
