G22 Projects: where architecture shows character

After completing his architecture studies in Innsbruck and working with Dr. Arch. Walter Dietl, Philipp Nösslinger passed the state examination at IUAV in Venice. He then earned an MBA in International Management from the ESCP Business School. He worked at Geddes Architects in London on projects across the UK, Rome, and Abu Dhabi before moving to one of the leading specialist banks for real estate finance, where he focused on structured international commercial real estate financing and transactions at the Munich and London offices. Prior to founding G22 Projects, Philipp Nösslinger served as a project manager in Corporate Finance at an international renewable energy company based in Bolzano/South Tyrol.

Claudine Holstein’s international background shapes her architectural approach. Born in Hamburg/Germany and raised in Japan, she completed her architecture studies at ETH Zurich and worked with Arch. Max Krentel in Winterthur and SMA Engineering in Zurich. As a freelance and project-based architect, Claudine has worked on both national and international projects across the hospitality, commercial, and residential sectors, including high-alpine contexts. She strives to balance design, form, functionality, and economic practicality.

Norbert Gufler is a surveyor and safety coordinator. He worked as a freelance technician and as a long-term project-based collaborator with Peter Nösslinger. Through his leadership of numerous hotel projects, he developed extensive expertise in the planning and realisation of hotel and spa facilities. His goal is to implement architectural requirements within defined budgets and timelines and to deliver cost-optimised projects through engineering solutions – without ever compromising the highest quality standards.
